Vehicle ‘Wrap’ Branding
A vehicle “wrap” is a vinyl print that is applied to the entire car or parts thereof. The visual impact is very high. With an eye catching design, your brand can stand out from all other cars on the road. Which is why some brands make full use of this medium. It converts your business vehicle into a moving billboard. It is the most costly option and requires ink with high UV resistance. However, the cost is worth it if you need maximum exposure on the road.
Decal & Vinyl Lettering Vehicle Branding
Vinyl lettering or decals are cut out vinyl shapes that are applied to the exterior of your car. The options range from 3 year to 10 year vinyl. It’s a cost effective way to brand your business car and provide important contact details to other road users should they wish to make use of your services. This is the most popular version of vehicle branding. Any and all businesses should at a bare minimum use this option to brand their cars.

Choose Your Branding Type
Budget will play the biggest role in choosing what type of branding to use on your vehicle. A full wrap with high uv protection is more expensive than a few vinyl cut letters that only has a lifespan of under one year. Always try to create as much impact with your branding as you possibly can. The rewards are compounded over the years as more and more people will recognize your brand traveling around on public roads. In addition to your budget also consider the following: Create a clear and concise design. Use artwork that accurately represents your brand. The less wording the better because people wont have time to read everything you list on your vehicle. Therefore choose wisely what you display. Try to be as eye catching as your brand will allow. Your business logo and contact details should be clearly visible. If you need outdoor signage please visit the relevant page.

Types of Vehicle Vinyl
Cast vinyl is considered to be the most durable and can last for up to 10 years, while calendared vinyl is less durable and may last for 3-5 years. Cast vinyl is a premium vinyl that is known for its durability and flexibility. It is ideal for vehicle branding as it can be stretched and contoured to the shape of the vehicle without cracking or shrinking. Calendared vinyl is a more budget-friendly option compared to cast vinyl. It is thicker and less flexible, but still able to provide a good durability and quality of the print. There is Cast and Calendared options available in pigmented vinyl and white printable vinyl.
Pigmented Vinyl
Pigmented vinyl is often used for creating cut-out lettering on vehicles, as it comes in a variety of colors, which allows for easy matching of the lettering to the color of the vehicle. Cut-out lettering is a popular way to display a business name, contact details, and other information on a vehicle. Pigmented vinyl makes it easy to create a professional-looking and cohesive design that can be easily read from a distance.
White Printable Vinyl
White vinyl, on the other hand, is a blank, white canvas that is designed to be printed on. White vinyl is typically used for creating more detailed or complex graphics, such as logos and text. The ink used for printing on white vinyl is often UV-resistant, which helps to extend the life of the vinyl. The white color of the vinyl allows for more vibrant and bright colors to be used in the print, and also the white vinyl allows for the use of spot colors, which are not possible on pigmented vinyls.
